Flying Clubs Deserve Better Than a Shared Google Sheet

Most flying clubs schedule reservations by text, track Hobbs time in a binder, and invoice members with a spreadsheet that's three months out of date. Pilots double-book aircraft. Admins chase down flight times by hand. Nobody knows which aircraft needs its next oil change.

Skylog puts your club's entire operation in one app — so your members can focus on flying instead of paperwork.

Everything Your Club Needs.

Reservation Calendar

Members book aircraft directly from the app. Admins see every reservation across the entire fleet on a single calendar. No double-bookings, no mystery gaps, no "did you get my text?"

Pre-Flight & Post-Flight Checkout

Pilots enter Hobbs and Tach readings on departure and return. Skylog automatically calculates flight time and cost. No manual math, no pencil in the binder, no chasing down members for their numbers.

PDF Invoicing

Generate a professional invoice from any completed flight in seconds. Renders natively and shares via the iOS share sheet — email it to your member or save it to Files. No third-party billing service required.

Pilot Currency Tracking

Admins can see each member's pilot certificate, ratings, and currency status at a glance. Know who's current before they get in the plane — not after.

Maintenance Blocks

Admins create maintenance windows that automatically remove an aircraft from the booking calendar for the duration. Scheduled annual? 100-hour coming up? Block it out and members see it immediately.

Multi-Tenant Club Management

Each club is its own isolated environment. Admins manage the fleet, set hourly rates, and control membership. Members join with a club code and see only their club's aircraft and schedule.

One App. Two Roles.

Admins run the club. Pilots fly the aircraft. Same app, right experience for each.

Admin (Club Operator)

Full reservation calendar, fleet management with hourly rates, member roster and currency status, maintenance blocking, and PDF invoicing. Everything to run your club from your phone.

Renter (Club Member)

Book available aircraft, view the club schedule, check in for pre-flight with Hobbs/Tach readings, return the aircraft with post-flight readings, and receive push notifications for reservation changes.

Questions?

How does a club get started?

An admin creates the club, adds the aircraft with hourly rates, and shares the club code with members. Members download Skylog, tap "Join a Club," enter the code, and they're in. Setup takes about ten minutes.

How is flight cost calculated?

When a pilot completes the post-flight check-in, Skylog subtracts the departure Hobbs or Tach reading from the return reading and multiplies by the aircraft's hourly rate. The result appears on the booking and on any generated invoice.

Can multiple clubs use the same app?

Yes. Each club is its own isolated environment. A pilot who belongs to two clubs sees both in the app and can book from either. Data never crosses between clubs.

How do push notifications work?

Members receive push notifications when a reservation is confirmed, modified, or cancelled. If an admin cancels a member's booking, the member gets an immediate notification — no more "I had no idea you cancelled my flight."

Does it require an internet connection?

A connection is needed to book and sync reservations in real time. The app will surface cached data when offline so you can review existing bookings, but booking new flights requires connectivity.

Is Skylog free?

Free to download. No in-app purchases, no subscriptions, no per-seat fees. Just download, create your club, and fly.
