Is this a subscription?

What's the difference between tiers?
Calendar Tier uses your iOS calendar as the sync bus — no server, lower cost, works great for 1-2 crews. Server Tier adds cloud sync, real-time updates, photo sharing, and QuickBooks integration for larger operations.
How does QuickBooks work?
Connect your QuickBooks account in Settings. When you mark a job complete, Stripes auto-generates an invoice for your review. Approve it and it's pushed to QuickBooks. No double entry.
Do crew members need to buy anything?
No. One subscription covers all crew devices. Crew members download the free app and connect using an AirDrop authorization (Calendar Tier) or a linking code from the dispatcher (Server Tier).
Does it work without internet?
Calendar Tier uses iOS Calendar sync and works with standard iCloud connectivity. Server Tier requires internet for real-time crew sync, though the crew app caches their job list for offline viewing.
Is it available in Spanish?
Yes. The entire crew app — job details, navigation prompts, timer, notes, and settings — is fully translated into Spanish. The dispatcher app is English.
