Does it work without internet?
Yes. Foreman is offline-first — every read and write goes to a local database on your device first. Jobs, time entries, photos, and notes are all available without a connection. Changes sync automatically when you reconnect.
Do crew members need a separate subscription?
No. One subscription covers all devices in your company. Crew members download the same app, sign in with a PIN, and see the crew experience automatically based on their role.
How does the geofence timer work?
When you assign a job, Foreman creates a geofence around the job site address. When a crew member's phone enters that area, the time log starts. When they leave, it stops. No action required on their part.
How does QuickBooks sync work?
Connect your QuickBooks Online account in Settings. Invoices sync to QuickBooks when they're marked paid or sent. No double entry. Solo tier users get CSV export for manual import.
